Illumiis Refund Policy

At Illumiis, we’re committed to solving the everyday problem of dark, unsafe spaces with hands-free, motion-activated lighting. We believe in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back window, please contact us at support@illumiis.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may already be processing and changes aren’t guaranteed. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Illumiis products risk-free. If you’re still unhappy after a 14-day trial and within 60 days of delivery, you can return your item(s) for a refund. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email support@illumiis.com. Please include your Order Number (or the name and email used at checkout) so we can assist you faster.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order. An item is considered “damaged” if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Cosmetic packaging damage (e.g., a dented box) with a product in good working condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, email support@illumiis.com within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. If eligible, we’ll provide a no-cost replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship on time, but delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. Illumiis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of ordering, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
