At Illumiis, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is dispatched when it’s handed to the carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time refers to carrier transit time after dispatch and varies by location.

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–8 business days

  • 🌍 International (where available): 8–15 business days
    (International orders may experience customs delays.)

Note: Carriers can experience delays—especially during holidays—affecting transit times and tracking updates. These are outside our control and may extend delivery beyond the estimates above.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details can delay processing or lead to cancellation. If our system flags an address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel the order.

Spot an error? Email support@illumiis.com within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to make changes, but updates after this window aren’t guaranteed.

Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ship quickly, but delays can occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, transportation disruptions, product availability, address verification, or payment processing. We’ll notify you if a problem arises and work to resolve it. Illumiis cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and isn’t liable for delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it’s outside our control. If your package is lost or stolen, email support@illumiis.com and contact the carrier to file a claim. We’ll assist with the process and provide updates. While this falls outside our refund policy, we’ll do what we can to help and may offer a replacement at our discretion. In unresolved cases, a police report may be recommended.
